Aromatherapy is the use of natural oils extracted from different plant parts such as flowers, barks, stems, roots, and leaves to improve the emotional, physical, spiritual and mental well-being of a person. It contains a lot of benefits for the body and can be applied in many ways like: massaging, reed diffuser, scented candles, oil burners, immersion or topical application. It is a form of alternative medicine that has been growing its popularity over the years.
