How To Use Your Blue Marble Agate Mala

1. Choose a quiet still place to meditate, away from all the distractions.
2. Sitting comfortably preferably in lotus pose, hold with your right or left hand while cradling the weight with your other hand.
3. Set intention first. You can either close your eyes to focus or soft gaze focus on something.
4. Start reciting your mantra, as you recite your mantra; pull each bead toward you with your thumb. Continue reciting mantra and pulling each bead as you recite it. Once you reached Guru bead this the end of one cycle. Turn around as you head back the other way if you are keen to do another set.
