Brown Agate – Protector Mala

This Brown Agate Mala Necklace also known as Protector Mala counts the number of mantras you are reciting during meditation. You can also wear this around your neck or around your wrist when you are not meditating as a spiritual reminder. Brown Agate is a comforting and protection stone, its soothing energy helps people that are lonely, grieving because of a loss, go through difficult times or when they are hurt. The gentle energy of this brown stone mala is great for meditation.

Product Specification:

• 108 brown agate beads – 8mm.
• 1 Guru Bead – 10 mm
• Cotton thread is used for putting beads together without stretching or fraying. Cotton thread is also used to make tassel.
• Entire length is approximately 58 – 62 cm from top to end of tassel.

How To Use Your Brown Agate Protector Mala

1. Choose a quiet still place to meditate, away from all the distractions.
2. Sitting comfortably preferably in lotus pose, hold with your right or left hand while cradling the weight with your other hand.
3. Set intention first. You can either close your eyes to focus or soft gaze focus on something.
4. Start reciting your mantra, as you recite your mantra; pull each bead toward you with your thumb. Continue reciting mantra and pulling each bead as you recite it. Once you reached Guru bead this the end of one cycle. Turn around as you head back the other way if you are keen to do another set.
