• Rose quartz, rose gold guru bead or – 10 or 18 mm
• Cotton thread is used put angelite beads together without stretching or fraying.
• Cotton thread also used as end tassel.
• Entire length is 61 cm (24 inches) from top to end of tassel, when worn around the neck it hangs about to the navel.

How To Use Angelite 108 Yoga Necklace Mala

1. Choose a quiet still place to meditate, away from all the distractions.
2. Sitting comfortably preferably in lotus pose, hold with your right or left hand while cradling the weight with your other hand.
3. Set intention first. You can either close your eyes to focus or soft gaze focus on something.
4. Start reciting your mantra, as you recite your mantra; pull each bead toward you with your thumb.
5. Continue reciting mantra and pulling each bead as you recite it. Once you reached Guru bead this the end of one cycle. Turn around as you head back the other way if you are keen to do another set.

Angelite 108 Yoga Necklace Mala Cleansing through Smudging

1. Make sure to do this in a well-ventilated room, open windows if necessary.
2. Light your smudge stick, then blow out the flame.
3. Pass your mala through the smoke for about 30 seconds. Keep the sage in a heatproof container until it’s extinguished.
