- Cotton thread for knotting beads without stretching or fraying.
- Entire length is approximately 61 cm (24 inches) from top to end of tassel. When worn around the neck it hangs about to the navel.
Mala Cleansing through Smudging
- Make sure to do this in a well-ventilated room, open windows if necessary.
- Light your smudge stick, then blow out the flame.
- Pass your mala through the smoke for about 30 seconds.
- Keep the sage in a heatproof container until it’s extinguished.
