- 108 mix of clear Quartz crystal and cherry crystal beads – 8mm.
- Rustic flower Guru bead – 6 or 10 mm
- Cotton thread to put clear quartz beads together.
- Entire length is approximately 58-60 cm from top to end of tassel.
- Comes with a muslin bag where you can keep mala when not in use or when placing on top of your meditation altar.
How To Use Cherry Quartz Mala
- Choose a quiet still place to meditate, away from all the distractions.
- Sitting comfortably preferably in lotus pose, hold with your right or left hand while cradling the weight with your other hand.
- Set intention first. You can either close your eyes to focus or soft gaze focus on something.
- Start reciting your mantra, as you recite your mantra; pull each bead toward you with your thumb. Continue reciting mantra and pulling each bead as you recite it. Once you reached Guru bead this the end of one cycle.
- Turn around as you head back the other way if you are keen to do another set.
Mala Cleansing through Smudging
Make sure to do this in a well-ventilated room, open windows if necessary. Light your smudge stick, then blow out the flame.
Pass your mala through the smoke for about 30 seconds. Keep the sage in a heatproof container until it’s extinguished.
