Jasper Grounding Mala is a Traditional 108 Beaded Mala made with Jasper Semi-Precious Stones.
Jasper Mala beads are used to count the number of mantras you are reciting during meditation and then wear it around your neck or around your wrist when you are not meditating as a spiritual reminder. Of course, you can have it or wear it just because it is beautiful.

Jaspers are gentle to work with and tend to be nourishing, grounding, and strengthening. One of the most common interpretations of the spiritual meaning of Jasper is that it carries an energy, or vibration of peace, calm, and tranquility. It confers patience and understanding on all who connect with it. Helps with irrational fears like arachnophobia.

- 1 ceramic/rose quartz guru bead – 6 mm
- Cotton thread is used for knotting beads without stretching or fraying.
- Entire length is approximately 61 cm (24 inches) from top to end of tassel. When worn around the neck it hangs about to the navel.
How To Use Your Mala
- Choose a quiet still place to meditate, away from all the distractions.
- Sitting comfortably preferably in lotus pose, hold with your right or left hand while cradling the weight with your other hand.
- Set intention first. You can either close your eyes to focus or soft gaze focus on something.
- Start reciting your mantra, as you recite your mantra; pull each bead toward you with your thumb. Continue reciting mantra and pulling each bead as you recite it. Once you reached Guru bead this the end of one cycle.
- Turn around as you head back the other way if you are keen to do another set.
